Cacho was truly the most interesting man in the world. He spoke several languages, traveled the globe, and at one time, he was the leading urologist of South America. Cacho attended medical school with his friend Che Guevara (yes, that guy), and lead the famed Cacho Club for intellectual conversations and debate. Men and woman like Cacho can be found when you least expect them, but they are often met as we move through life not always recognizing life’s most important moments until long after they are gone.
