JAX to LAX
March, 2020, is when the United States entered lock down. With each passing day, another state closed businesses and schools. Grocery shelves were stripped clean and hotels were empty. As I drove from Jacksonville, Florida to Los Angeles, California, you could feel the changes in the country. Bourbon street was a little empty, but Cafe Du Mont was packed. By the time I hit Marfa in West Texas, most restaurants and shops had closed, and from that point forward I saw fewer and few people with each passing day.
