An area the size of Rhode Island, the park promotes some of the most amazing viewpoints anywhere on earth. From Badwater Basin, the lowest point of elevation, you walk across endless salt flats created almost 3,000 years ago. And then a short drive later, there’s Artist’s Drive containing a beautiful palette of orange, pink, brown and turquoise walls of rock. There’s sand dunes and racing rocks, and even snow.
Go to experience the bottom of North America, and stay to see the rest.
